Brief

Flash&Lash™ is a distributor and importer of makeup and skin care products for women. Mariah Anglas, owner of the company, is in charge of obtaining the best products from big cosmetic brands to be able to offer and ensure the skin care under the best quality standards.

 

Solution

A labelling system was proposed to empower its users, (many of them already loyal) through a jovial communication that also highlights key facts that add value to the brand, from communicating that it offers products free of animal abuse, going through vegan products and certifying that they are imported and original products.

The personality of the Ampersand

The built logo started from a typography of canes with high contrast which allowed us to leave the classic serif to bet on a much more modern way of raising the signature of the brand, being the ampersand the memorable symbol within the entire logo.
Desde el lanzamiento de la nueva identidad visual, Flash&Lash aumentó en 1 mes, el alcance a +1000 personas, teniendo hoy por hoy una audiencia de 3000 seguidores en instagram. La estrategia que se desarrolló para el engagement con sus usuarios, partió desde ofrecer una cartilla de puntos acumulables por niveles, los cuales brindan beneficios exclusivos.
De esta manera el usuario final genera una relación directa con el servicio de la marca y el nuevo look & feel que ha ocasionado que más de un cliente suba una story felicitando la nueva apariencia de Flash&Lash.
